FoDaTS Activities

Friends Of Dore and Totley station(FoDaTS) have worked on a number of areas since it was formed.  Here are some of them:-

Hope Valley Capacity Scheme

The Hope Valley Capacity Scheme is described in more detailed on the scheme page.  A public inquiry was held at Abbeydale Sports Ground, Sheffield in May 2016.  FoDaTS produced a number papers providing evidence to the inquiry and also attended and gave evidence at the inquiry.

Station Improvements

A number of improvements to the station have been planned.  The first of these are the addition of some plants in containers on the platform.

Poster

A Poster providing information on the station and the activities which are being undertaken has been produced and displayed at the station.

Totley Library Exhibition

A photographic exhibition of the station and some of the trains which have visited the station both past and present were exhibited at Totley Library in March 2017.
